What data are supported?

BioMS Reviewer supports data from Agilent LCMS instruments. For single quadrupole mass spectrometers, data must be acquired using OpenLab Chemstation Edition. Data from OpenLab CDS are currently not supported. Mass spectral data from Agilent Q-ToF mass spectrometers, acquired using Masshunter is also supported.

For single quadrupole systems, LCMS profile data acquired in OpenLab Chemstation edition needs to be converted to MassHunter format before further deconvolution using MassHunter BioConfirm.
