Sample Detail Panel

Below the Plate View Panel, you can find all of the details about the currently-selected injection.

This panel shows details of the sample, including sample location, file name, sample name, etc.

In the MS results table, the tentative assignment of the masses found by the MassHunter processing are displayed. These assignments are based on tolerances, thresholds and modification settings.
