Purity Threshold

When data are loaded into BioMS Reviewer, the percentage of MS signal that can be attributed to the target mass is calculated for each injection. The colour of the lower half of each well indicates whether this calculated purity (height %) exceeds the threshold value, set by the user.

The desired threshold value can be typed into the box, adjusted using the spin buttons, or changed using the slider. When typing the number, pressing enter or clicking elsewhere on the program causes the injection purity status to be recalculated. Releasing the slider control also causes the status to be recalculated. The status for each injection is also calculated with each click of the up/down buttons.
